i haven’t read the novel but what i’m assuming is seonghan was a north korean spy for accent or whatever?? and his mission was that shit paper or something so he faked his death for his mission but he actually had feelings for the mc and planned to kill the ml so he could take the mc back?? idk how it is in the novel but they just dropped that shit so quickly. there wasn’t any buildup or anything, no way would i have assumed jaemin was seonghan i didn’t even realize he was the same guy until the fucking artist drew them side by side because the mc had realized it.
