I've been reading this for years and these are one of the manhwas that just stick and get to you. It's not just about the supernatural plot or the smut, it really made me appreciate the relationship whether platonic or romantic these characters have for each other. They are also not just a simpleton, but have their own flaws and drives, which brings out the story forward. Heck, even Hwan who I see as Mahito (JJK) born from humans awful side is thought provoking.
My fave 704 and his hot and cold relationship with Geumsun, I think it paid off after I got super invested with their past and how it affected their current relationship. Plus San and Eunjae went through horrifying things, the courage they have to remain choosing each other. I love them all. Special mention to Yama and the late introduction of Dongbaek, I think they're the best "wingmans" but for their character as well. I'd honestly go back to re-read this again but I'm just happy to see and read it completed after all these years. Thank you SHIN and the translator for letting me enjoy these story and characters!
