Sometimes, they dont even know the right position for anal. I really hate it when BL artists draw the prostate on the wrong side. If they can illustrate anatomically pleasing and symmetric muscles, dicks, and all that jazz, that means they studied anatomy, so there's really no excuse. It makes me cringe whenever they draw a cross section of the bussy and the magic button is on the other side.
