Like Im thinking the author is doing different types of pairing dynamics.
So first they did a normal yaoi pairing, big guy is top, small guy is bottom. Then the 2nd pair we get the same thing except the bottom is the one leading the most (power bottom) with the top acting all mushy and out of depth, so 3rd it'll be different with the supposed top aka mask guy ending up as bottom
Plus like another comment pointed out, if its true, it'd be really funny to see all the company workers as bottoms
