I have a feeling they're not too angry because they think Wooju turned due to Jiheon's phermones/feelings. If he's a dominant alpha, constant exposure to his pheromones could make a beta present as an omega. And since they know Jiheon is both an alpha and in love with their son, he must've constantly spread his pheromones over Wooju to claim him and ward off other alphas.
