from what I remember, the official chapters till now didn't showany sex life from anyone. He just kinda forces himself onto the mc, but that's honestly to be expceted of such a story. You can't choose a story like this and expect them to fall for each other on a pure basis, especially cuz the other guy is also a biggg creep in my opinion. So I'd still rather take the ml for our mc, cuz he at least treats him well (but who knows, maybe he manipulates us all, which I highly doubt tho)
