Sorry for how minimal that summary was. I originally wrote a more thorough one but it wouldn't post so I had to majorly cut it down. Happy to provide the link to where I read ch 40 if anyone wants it

Mc gets given the run down on what happened with the half-elf and that a bunch of elves are going to showup. Mc as always is super calm about it all.
Mc goes into town and finds a bunch of collapsed spirits asking for help. He helps them and gains a new skill, Apprentice lvl 1 spirit magic. As a bonus because he helped spirits without asking for anything all spirits now like him.
Grey elf shows up, sees mc interacting with spirits, learns he can see them and gets excited. Lil bro shows up to bring mc back to the manor. Lil bro can sense spirits but can't see them.
Half-elf gets scolded by all the other elves and they threaten to take her back with them. Her elemental asks mc for help to the shock of all the other elves. This is where grey haired elf gets the idea to being mc back with them too.
