THEORY TIME, COME SHARE YOURS!!

So I've got a LOT of theories (some are crackhead theories so bear with me LOL), feel free to share yours as well!!:

- Rosa isn't Suryeong's biological daughter. She's adopted, hence why we never see baby photos of Rosa, only as a toddler and older.

- Suryeong has been grooming Rosa to be the successor of her hotel business, Flora, which is a cover up for a human/sex trafficking and drug ring. Suryeong is intentionally using Yeonwu as part of her major plan to "break" Rosa.

- Suryeong has kept tabs on Yeonwu over the years. She set up Yeonwu to be adopted, then killed off his adoptive parents, so Yeonwu is left vulnerable and alone, and having to bear their debts. This is a perfect set up for Suryeong to step in and "save" him, causing him to feel indebted to her. Their meeting is no coincidence, and is planned from the start by Suryeong.

- Suryeong purposely introduces Yeonwu as her lover to Rosa as psychological bait. She's seen Rosa's attachment to Yeonwu as a child, and hence, would be the perfect trigger for Rosa. She knows Rosa's "possessive" personality, and will try to steal Yeonwu because she doesn't like "sharing". This will trap Rosa in an illicit affair with her own mother's lover. Suryeong will use this as blackmail, or use it over Rosa's head to try to control her. This will also completely destroy Rosa's moral high ground and Suryeong will manipulate her to make her feel guilty and compliant. The perfect set up for Suryeong to mould her as the successor of Flora.

- Suryeong also isn't blind to Rosa and Yeonwu's affair. In fact, she's banking on this happen. She wants the two to cross all the lines under her roof, to psychologically, mentally and emotionally trap the two.

- However, Suryeong's plans won't work in the end. Rosa and Yeonwu will fall in love with each other, and they will get more possessive over each other. Suryeong will underestimate just how obsessed these two are with each other, that they'd do anything to be together. I think this will end in Suryeong's downfall..it may even result in a murder.

- If not murder, I think Rosa and Yeonwu (along with Jaeon's help) will plan Suryeong's downfall. They'll expose her human/sex trafficking and drug ring to bring down her business and have her arrested for life. I also think that the orphanage she owns/donates to are breeding grounds for her to selectvictims for the trafficking ring.

- This one is a crackhead theory: Jaeon is the biological son of Suryeong and is the real heir to Flora. I think Suryeong and Jaeon's father had an affair - they do run in the same circle after all. The chapter where she says to Jaeon, "You really can charm anyone, you're your mother's son, that's for sure", is a hint. She's talking about herself. Jaeon's father is threatening to expose this so that Jaeon could be the next successor of Flora, however, Suryeong detests this as she had already chosen Rosa and has been grooming her to be the successor since her childhood. This is why she's so desperate now to get Rosa to breakdown so she gets full control over her and get her to be compliant.

These are the ones I've come up with throughout reading the chapters - most of them are to do with Suryeong, as I do believe she'll be the central point of this plot. It's really hard to get a read on her truest intentions here but I do believe she's evil and calculative, even more than she leads on. If any of you have the same theories, or want to add on - let me know! As fucked up as this story is, I do admit, the plot itself is pretty intriguing lol.
