Ok so i re-read the chapter 70 again... Omg it's so cute, i can't believe i didn't see it. Lieutenant says he once thought to take Ho as his adopted son but he couldn't because he moved States, but he already considers him as he is. And then he asks Haebom to take care of Ho. When i read it first i was like "Now he's back to Korea, why not tho?" And i get it know. Lieutenant knew that Haebom will adopt Ho to be his "Daddy". So he asked him to take good care of Ho.
