This was one of my best reads ever im so serious, i got super excited seeing it from cakenyam (author/illustrator of our secret alliance, which i love) and it did not disappoint !!!
Im such a huge fan of the way sujeong and seunghyan deal with their emotions and similar trauma (looks like being abandoned? By their moms?) it’s frankly so symbolic how they’re so similar yet different.
Sujeong’s perceptiveness is so refreshing too !! I love. LOVE how she calls him out. Like frankly I thought he was a huge green flag cus he was so whipped but she’s making me realise yearner ≠ green flag Like girl wow this is seriously changing my worldview …. And also altho im anti gen-ai, I must admit the chatgpt was a really unique and well used plot device
Regarding ujun as a 2ml, I really like his and sujeong’s friendship so far!!! But I feel like both of them aren’t romantically interested in each other at all? Like ujun is showing signs (offering to showup to the movie? Wowie) but also they both seem like aromantic people to me (little/no romantic attraction) so while they enjoy each others company I don’t see them going down that path…
