Theres a genderbend manga im looking for

It's male to female genderbend, the description is the mc is a thug and i think he takes a drug(?) That makes him a girl. And the love interest who is also a thug(i dont remember to well its been quite literally years since i lost the manga) and doesnt know that mc is a man and falls inlove with him. The setting is in high school and theyre in their finale yr(im not sure)...Oh also, the mc before he transformed was one way rivals with the love interest (he had an inferiority complex towards the love intreest cause the love intrest was popular and mc was highkey a loser thug, ionno) the manga had smut in it and mc post transition had long blonde hair(if im remembering correctly, when he was still a guy he had those Mohawk hairstyle s that theyre bald but have spikes of hair on their heaf..*;-;) im sorry if it foesnt make anysense, im desperate to find that manga again. Ols send help ┗( T﹏T )┛
