Respect to her staying in character, even bigger respects if their potential relationship/ interactions going forward isn't about him ghosting her how she choses to interact with him going forward. I'm not saying that's not important, it's a difference in what a plot can address one or multiple times vs focus on as a story(like a turblent romance vs a revenge story).
