I hate how they naturally call her "FRUGAL" when is totally normal to eat at home or save up some money. What is NOT normal is eating outside almost every single day like these weirdos. A functional adult should be responsible and do their own healthy meals.
Besides, in my country we have a saying that goes "tá duro, dorme" which means "if you are broke, go to sleep" like, what can she do if she is broke? It is not ok to spend money on restaurants when you have food at home. They judge her for not going with them to fit in but it will fall ONLY onto her the consequences of spending that money when she is broke. Or are they paying her rent and other living expenses?
Even if they say that she is frugal bc she spends way more time to learn new recipes and make the most of every ingredient, THAT'S JUST HER HOBBY!!! So what if she wants to spend her time like this? These people need to grow tf up, calling her frugal for being responsible and having hobbies. I swear, it seems all of them have the mentality of teenagers that have no sense of the real life.
