Based on the novel, it wasn't an act, yohan was lying about his family doesn't accept him being gay, but he really thinks his family hate him, also what jun did in that dinner really hurts him
Remind me but when jun stood up for yohan infront of his family at dinner, and he went all embarrassed and hit jun because of that, was it all an act? Did he literally hit jun to keep up his act?
