I really really hope he didn’t sleep with that dickwad from his past life - it seems like that dick lied on his name, lied to him about liking guys (hence when he caught him it shocked him) - unless he was fucking with him too and I really hope that’s not the case cuz I already hate him and ion even know him yet.
It can go two ways: - he didn’t sleep with him, he just had a crush and this guy caught it and used him, then hurt him by telling him to hide his emotions better cuz it’s gross, then sleeping with the other guy which shocked MC, then outed him to others. - he slept with him and that’s why him telling him to hide his emotions better and catching him sleeping with someone else and outing him hurt more.
