I mean, for starters they're relationship started off as just something casual, to the point that it was soooo smooth and kind of fast. I was actually shocked by it, but as you read deeper, you'd start to think those two had no proper experience in love. Kay used to be in a relationship but doesn't mean he was in love with those exes of his, he even said so himself, he never reject anyone that has feelings for him. And Zigril also slept here and there with, I'd assume, anyone he fancy. And also the only thing I could think of on why shit just seemed to happen so naturally to me was, perhaps because Kay is so naive and easy to get. They've been together for quite a long time yet they both still think it's just them being in a game and having fun, which make sense cause they both can't even realize nor pinpoint their feelings as of now. I could really not hate Zigril and feel even a slight of sorry to Kay, cause the whole time, I was so lost in how everything just happens so smoothly. But hey, I do like Kay, he's quite an interesting fellow who's also easy going despite being deputy commander.
And how come we just jumped to 3 years later and didn't even saw how Oz grew up to be like his father, with all the "Should I kill someone/something" line. He rarely even shows up in chapters that I totally forgot the two had a child in the first place HAHHAHAHAHA
