I guess it differs depending on the author. Some authors write in their story only c-section is the only way, some both natural (ass) and c-sec, and here we get the latter but as an egg instead of a regular hooman cuz baby got hubby’s animal traits.
Hold on… how do male omegas normally give birth in this universe?? I can suspend my disbelief for soft eggs… but what about fetuses?? Are they born via C-section or are they ass babies??
