Think like he has a cloaca like reptiles, amphibians, birds, etc. have. But in all honesty there is no reason or logic on this LOL. And each MPREG universe have different logic and a well thought out system(?).

In some stories the authors explain the male omega anatomy. Basically the anal canal going to organs has a different exit into the butthole shoot. Lol. And the 'vaginal canal' connects in a different spot. Where they have a cervix. So the poop shoot stays closed up unless in...use....kind of like the cervix. To keep the baby clean I suppose. So the poop stays up further until its time to go. Tho just like normal birth, i suppose poop can definitely come out too. Theres diagrams too. Its pretty interesting ngl lol
So where the poop at??? Do they magically not produce poop if they're pregnant? Or are we gonna see poop action-//slapped jk
