The Veritium dude (I think this is mentioned in the webtoon too; he appears in webtoon ch 33) creates living puppets. Years ago he decided to create a puppet with Achilles' body (he didn't know who he was and didn't care either; he just liked the face). One of the big arcs coming up is about that and Roxana faces a lot of emotional turmoil regarding the puppet. But ultimately: the puppet is not Achilles. He ends up unlocking some of Achilles memories as he interacts with Roxana. But those memories belong to the body. But himself is not Achilles. And yes, Deon does what Deon does best and tries to kill him when he sees it.
