The MC is so annoying. He doesn't ask he just assumes, like literally every conflict is because he just assumes he knows the ML's thoughts, sometimes by genuine leaps and bounds. The MC is annoying me way more than the ML right now. Genuinely just does not let the ML talk and simultaneously assumes the worst. ML is a poor communicator, but MC does not communication period. Also, i can not believe it took him, a professional in the medical field, freaking like 30 chapters to realize he was an omega. He is just so stupid. And the ML, could he find a worst way to word things? He speaks like a sloth, leaving all the important parts towards the end after he's already frustrated you with his 40 minute prelude. Idc about the effects on his aversion because lowkey the fact that the MC just thinks he hates betas makes me think that they probably weren't good enough friends to begin with. I too would be throwing up at the thought of resembling my abuser. Basically, this is all annoying and I need the characters to start speaking like adults and making choices that are reflective of an adult. 3/5 stars.
