While the manhua has breathtaking art it doesn't really explain the plot very well I read the novel before the manhua and I will say that MANY Scenes have been cut off imo it kills the fun of it . And the inner monologue of anzhe in the novel is so funny and humorous and he is kinda bratty in front of lu feng just a little though. And the manhua mixes the arbiter and the judge in the novel the other military officials were called arbiters and only lu feng was called the judge and there's only one judge's position and I don't know which is the correct one but an zhe friend's name is josh here and George in the Novel. The Novel is really good I think you should read the novel it's only 2 volumes . There are illustrations too in the seven seas edition but the second volume is releasing on 17 th November so you gotta wait but the I think peach something has published both volumes so you can read it . I actually prefer the seven seas one because it has illustrations. Anyways that's it. And the manhua has been dropped anyways so just read the novel .
