I thought it will be ML-centered story

I thought it would be an ML-centered story judging by the title.
I'm glad to find out that the ML's presence is not that detrimental.
The FL's revenge is basically 70% her own effort and strategy. The ML does help, but not in the typical way an ML usually helps an FL character in a rofan story and the FL rarely relies on him.

This is an FL-centered story with sprinkles of romance. It's fun to read her journey to avenge her dead mother and bring that evil family to the ground.

What makes me a bit upset is that, after reading the novel up to chapter 95 and checking the spoilers, it seems their romance is very surface-level. Good, but tasteless. I blame the ML's character for this. He is the "perfect" duke, so perfect that it is boring. He is a typical ML character in a rofan story. Someone who is stoic, very strategic/calculating, and does not realize or know his own feelings only for him to grovel later on.
The weirdest part is that, until the end, he does not even say that he loves her. Instead of saying he loves her, he says he respects her feelings and does not want to divorce her.
It's as if, until the very end, he is still in denial of his own feelings.
He gets jealous easily. He misses her soon after he leaves home for work. Every day he cannot wait to get home and return to her. He always makes time to return home early to dine and have afternoon tea. He is horny 24/7. He gets irritated as hell when the FL is busy with her revenge alone, doesn't ask for his help, or doesn't tell him anything, as if he isn't needed. He is worried about her every single time, and so on.
And somehow to convey his feeling he can not bring himself to say that he loves her ???????
Like, hello 911 someone urgently need to see therapist LMAO

The revenge part is still the main story and the author did a great job telling it.
It's not rushed, it's very realistic and it feels like the FL takes steady baby steps each time, so somehow the readers don't realize she is able to run. If only the romance could have been better, it would be perfect.
