I’m pretty sure it’s because the dad is obviously gonna make her not see mincheol, but she’s gonna run away and be with him anyways. So with no daddy’s money they’ll both be suffering and having to either go back and beg so she can marry mincheol or maybe she gets pregnant and they marry.. just theories idk
