It's basically Sheep's Mask, but with a nonsensical plot. The seme is just a deranged rapist, projecting his past trauma onto a petty burglar. The "punishment" (just hardcore sexual torture, btw, not arousing unless ur into torture porn-there is no enjoyment) does not fit the crime.
I wouldn't even read this for the art. Sure, the coloring is cool, but there are a thousand other alternatives out there with better art and actual psychological plots.
