This is disgusting or what but I just had to say it lol
I'm still reading the novel and I just read this part, so Yiseok took Yaba to a hospital to get his surgery done. It's to remove the chip implanted inside his head. The doctor was able to remove it. Then, here goes crazy romantic boy, the doctor gave the chip to Yiseok, the chip still has the blood and brain matter on it lol.
Yiseok then took it into his mouth and sucked on it until it was clean. Seriously it's disgusting but disturbingly hot at the same time. Like man is so obsessed with him he had to suck his brain matter
