As much as Ilay says he wants to kill Taeui, I think Taeui's intuition, and all of us reading knows Ilay would never actually do it. It's all a bluff. And even if Ilay did kill him, I don't think Taeui would mind, he'd be exactly where he needs to be. Everyone has their own opinions about their relationship, and everyone's entitled to them, their love is flawed and messy just like everyone, but this gives us a glimpse of where their relationship is heading. You eventually meet Chris, Richard, and Rick's friends. Passion is a very unique story, if you can't handle or stand this amount of dark themes, then this story isn't for you. If you're going to complain about every little thing, then this isn't for you.
