There’s like a TON of incest I wouldn’t recommend if its bother you
Yeah….. it’s the reality of every major relationship in the story….. it’s accurate to the lore but uh yeah. They’re ALL related. All boning. Consensually and uh non consensually. Great story though.
Also they’re all Egyptian gods so I guess incest doesn’t really like… exist for them?? If that makes it any better loll
So, it's similar to the Greek pantheon, in that whilst the Gods are related and born from each other, they are technically considered separate perfect beings. The ties are there, but them being coming into godhood comes with a type of completeness that separates them from the family kinds of bonds.
Basically, rather than looking at them as an actual family unit, it's easier to kind think of them as physical personifications of what they are gods of. Hard to describe properly.
That being said, it's an insanely good read, but the current battle wounds of the fan base from the current ongoing cliffhanger are intense. I would say, wait til season 3 starts before picking it up.
