Cannot more agree... I dunno if this factor related, I knew he is so young about 22 yo, but he is trained agent since child.
Too naive and too dumb. He easily get into trouble and get manipulated especially when it's in line with his ego and emotion.
Like hell. Can't you do research, lay low for awhile read the room, read the person around, first? He had seen many times what kind of enviroment he is in, and what's make Ian stay alert all the time, even anxious about his condition. He seen many times how Ian face betrayal after betrayal.

This MC is an idiot. I've never seen such a dumb MC. What makes it even worse is that he's supposed to be an agent.
