rereading

rereading the second timeline and i realized more how aeroc never really yearned for the first timeline kloff unlike the kloff in the third timeline who longs for the first timeline aeroc like in the novel.

aeroc in the 2nd timeline just wishes that he can be forgiven, love kloff, and be loved by kloff. and he got exactly that. he didn't care anymore about the first timeline kloff, never even thought about the difference, all he knows is that he loves kloff and hopes that he'd love him back and he did in the 2nd timeline. now that's canon for me, the other timeline doesn't exist for me. only the first and the second and i'm so glad 1st timeline aeroc got what he desperately wanted after paying for his sin for the remainder of his life in the first timeline. i'm not erasing his sin, but there's a limit to how much he has to pay for it. but at the same time, kloff's pain and heartbreak was also valid, but the extent of his revenge was not.
