Thank you!! It's been a year or so since I read it so I can't really remember whether I enjoyed it, but the plot just kind of stuck with me.
The story was set during a victorian-style era. It was about a girl whose father was obsessed with becoming a world-renowned artist. He decided the best way to do that was to create "living art". Therefore, he forcefully tattooed the girl's entire torso. I can't remember exactly what happened after that but she eventually ended up getting sold off in an illegal auction of some sort to a collector.
