I was one simular to this plot a long time ago. It was same plot except the main guy actually was sick and the butler breaks his heart it stopped updating and I lost it in there vast amount of yaoi I've read

'T'was a manga about a dude and his butler, and dude's sister gets into a car accident but *surprise*, she had a secret baby. So dude and his butler take care of her son in secret until it's revealed that *plot twist!* Butler totally banged dude's sister and is gold digging his way to the top of dude's family.
So dude tries to leave but Butler gets all possessive and is all, "THOU SHALT NEVER LEAVE-(eth)!"
And then I think it stopped updating. LOL
