From what I could recall: the MC is a megane uke and has been eyeing the seme at school. One day, while he was eyeing the seme at a gym locker, the seme caught him and they started sleeping with each other. The MC also has a younger half-brother who studies in the same school whom the seme was jealous of whenever he sees the MC interacting with (not knowing they are related). Later in the manga, they had a spat but made up after that. The seme also cosplayed as a doctor and the MC as a nurse for a school festival. I know this was a last chapter of manga but couldn't remember which manga was it. So I hope someone can help me. Thanks!
