    Well...I'm just gonna try anyways...
    y=tanx
    dy/dt=sec^2(x)(dx/dt)
    Since the problem gives you the value of dx/dt...
    dy/dt=sec^2(x)(9)=9sec^2(x)
    Then for a,b &c... all you have to do is plug in the number for x
