I have tried everything to find this manga! It's about a beautiful high school girl whose tough accent/ bad language has made it impossible for her to make friends at her new school. She goes to a club for help and the gay guy there helps her. But she starts to like him a lot.... and he turns out not to be gay at all! I also believe I recall one of the cover having her with a flower over her mouth.
