Points will only get you a discount. Whenever Lezhin isn't having a coin sale, there will be an option to buy discounted coins below the usual options.
Even with points you still need money to purchase coins.

If you're on the website click "purchase coins" in the menu. Choose the bundle you'd like to buy under "Select Point-Redeem Coin Bundle". Then click process payment.
If you can use the app to purchase I'd recommend doing it that way.
