Maybe because the person[s] who translated this one-shot may have been British/English and mister is the equivalent of uncle for them? I could be wrong, but I'm guessing from some of the films I've seen from the UK. UK folks please correct me if I'm wrong.

i know it is the translation that ouji-san becomes mister instead of uncle, but because he says mister it seems like he does it with a stranger. or am i the only one?
