>>>Korean Illegal Uploaded Works vs Japanese Legal Scans<<< Please share to everyone.

These aren't scans. There is no physical copy available. "Illegally Uploaded" is the proper term. I understand that this is an illegal site but uploading chapters that are officially that are available in English is wrong. Compared to real Japanese scanlations where the chapters will never be officially released in English is another story. You can't buy any of those Japanese works since it's not available overseas unless you know someone from JP. I hope everyone realize the difference between JAPANESE SCANLATIONS vs KOREAN MANHWA.

JAPANESE TITLES THAT WILL NEVER BE LICENSED IN ENGLISH: ACCEPTABLE (ILLEGAL ONLY IN JAPAN UNLESS THEY DECIDED TO LICENSE IT IN ENGLISH THEN THE SCAN TEAM HAS TO DO THE RIGHT THING AND DROP THE TITLE) WHY IS IT ONLY ILLEGAL IN JAPAN? BECAUSE THEY SELL OF JAPAN ONLY AND CARE ABOUT THOSE SALES. THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT YOUR FRIEND SENDING YOU A COPY FROM JP FOR YOU TO UPLOAD AND TRANSLATE TO ENGLISH.
IF THEY EVER DECIDE TO GET AN ENGLISH LICENSE FOR A WORK THEN IT' WILL BE ILLEGAL BECAUSE COPYRIGHT RULES WILL APPLY TO ENGLISH SPEAKING COUNTRIES.

KOREAN MANHWA (LEZHIN WORKS) : WRONG AND ILLEGAL TO UPLOAD!!!!! THEY HAVE HQ IN SAN FRANCISCO, USA AND SOUTH KOREA. ALL OF LEZHIN KOREAN TITLES WILL EVENTUALLY GET ENGLISH VERSION'S OUT. THESE ARE ALL EASY TO OBTAIN BY LEGALLY PURCHASING THROUGH THEIR APP. NOT COMPARED TO JAPANESE WORKS WHERE YOU HAVE TO BE IN JAPAN TO BUY THE PHYSICAL COPY OF A MANGA. Mangago.me should stop keeping these Korean titles posted. This is what will get you shut down. Japanese authors don't care because they sell to Japan and not overseas. Lezhin sells worldwide and has HQ in both the USA and South Korea. Copyright rules apply in this case, making all of these uploads illegal. I wouldn't be surprised if Mangago got sued. They should save their asses by deleteing these Korean works.

To the rest of you, stop being lazy bitches and buy their official work. ARE YOU REALLY GOING TO SIT THERE AND READ SHIT QUALITY BY GOOGLE TRANSLATE THAT DOESN'THE EVEN GIVE THE REAL STPRY JUSTICE? If you'really complaining about how expensive chapters are (THEY AREN'T EXPENSIVE. DO THE MATH DUMB BITCH. ITS SO FUCKING CHEAP) then you should be homelse's and not even have access to this site. IT ALREADY TAKES MONEY TO EVEN BE ON MANGAGO.ME. YOU NEED A PHONE/COMPUTER AND INTERNET. HOW ARE YOU BITCHING ABOUT NOT HAVING MONEY IF YOU PAID FOR THOSE TWO THINGS? GET A FUCKING JOB.

If you're underaged and can not be employed then please stop trying to read something that is clearly not for you. Work hard in school aND wait until you can be employed. Apply to scholarships and apply for jobs. You'll do fine if you focus on what's ahead. Don't bother with relationships. You can date while in college and find someone better.

Wow, relax a little bit, are you the author in disguise? XD.
Now seriously, I read it here because I don't really have money to buy it, when I can I will do it but each person has their own circumstances and for different reasons can't buy it, in my case for example I'm sick right now and with many visits to the doctor, I can't look for a job and reading here cheers me up, I don't think you should judge everyone so lightly, if you don't want to read it don't do it, let the others decide :)

I never looked at it this way. I will share this on facebook. Thank you for explaining. I disagree with a few things. Everything on mangagogo is illegal no matter what but your ppints are good (▰˘◡˘▰) everyone please support artists by buying their stuff from the right places ٩(๑❛ᴗ❛๑)۶

I'm sorry to burst your bubble but your statement sounds like "piracy is okay unless it's my fav manhwa"... basically all manga here uploaded ilegally.. Not just korean webtoon and we all know that.. And you know there are a lot of popular manga who has english version and uploaded here.. Also there's a site called renta!, where yoy have to pay for every chapter..basically the same with lezhin but it's for manga. You're trying to say that because you read this manhwa legally on lezhin and telling ppl to do the same, but you think it's okay to upload and read japanese manga here? Sorry that's just hypocrite. I'm no saint, I like free stuff, reading on this site is wrong but I'll keep to do so. I always buy my fav manga but I has no right to tell ppl to buy them to instead of reading them illegally. Stopping piracy is impossible

I bet 1,000 Lehinz coins nobody read that and said 'omg! i have to stop my wicked ways!' People already have their minds set on issues like these, and unless there's some kind of sanction that would affect them directly, these updated won't stop. Heck, even threats from the authors themselves have no effect. It's just hard to care about someone you don't really know...so, A+ on the effort, but you may be barking up the wrong tree here...

I can smell salty freeloaders rofl. Yeah it's better to support them. The artists are broke and poor too. That's why they got jobs making manhwa no? Sadly no matter how you put it, these salty poor ass bitches won't bother spending shit on anything. They all live in their parents basements and don't take showers ROFL. Thanks for trying to make everyone read legally but they won't. That's how fucked up they are. They only know how to spread their legs lol. Of they were smart then they should charge people whenever they spread their legs for someone (︶︿︶)=凸
I'll try to buy a chapter or more. Can someone link to the english site where I can buy chapters of warehouse?

I think that girl was trying to compare it in legal terms. I'm not a lawyer so I don't understand much but it makes sense. I can't buy mangas from japan because I don't know how to. I only buy what's here in Canada. They have some mangas but very limited. The Korean mangas are online? Not everyone is going to buy because they are cheap like me and don't want to spend a dime but I guess the artists are poor too which is why they work for lezhin to make money. I might buy if someone gave me links to the English but I don't kow where to find it

I think you're right, but you are not handling the right way. Calling ppl bitches cause they read manga on mangago doesn't make any sense, if you are so much against it then what are you doing here in the first place. SOME ppl really don't have enough money to buy the official release, I just got a new phone after 4 years (It didn't work for the last 2 years), so if you could pls stop thinking that ppl are just as privilege as you that would be great. OK that maybe sounded a little bitchy I'm sorry about that, but no matter how hard I try to get a job I can't (since I'm still in school and going through exams). Just don't judge people who read it here, also I'm pretty sure that if everyone here had enough money that would all support the aurthers. Most ppl here probably already do... just... you are right in what you are saying, but call down.
    Thank you.

    DouchebagMcEmo October 25, 2017 1:35 pm

Also everyone in mangago knows exactly what they're doing: "to read manga for free". There's no point like "take this manhwa down from this site, it's my fav manhwa, respect the author"... You can just remind ppl to buy the chapters nicely and not ranting like a mad wife.

This manhwa has no english version you dumbass so your entire argument is invalid and besides reading your post makes me think that you're an ungrateful bitch who doesn't appreciate other people's effort in trying to translate this manhwa to nonkorean speakers so before posting anything pls try to think before you post

I really don't know what to say! But about the last paragraph, it's true I'm still a student and of course I'm studying hard! I can understand clearly that you meant good and stuff but you cannot force others to abide the 'rules'. Others can't afford them and others are just a simple rule breakers! Because it's boring to be normal!

Did you even read the post?

Most of the translations are so inaccurate. The authors saw them and called them garbage. Why do people have to be grateful for garbage?
If you want talk about being unappreciative of someone's hard work talk about all the people who here who are unappreciative of the author's hard work.

When authors get 50% instead of 20%, while Google and Lezhin get the lion's share, then let me know.

No offense meant, but while boycotting Lezhin because of unfair practices is always an option...if you just pirate their stuff instead and give authors nothing instead of 20%, it doesn't ring true as a moral stance. The artists themselves were the ones who chose to make contracts with Lezhin and apparently found that to be an acceptable rate of pay.

The artists were not given much choice. I'm sure it's a boilerplate contract. But fairness (even morality, if you wish) would dictate that Lezhin give the author at least HALF, considering they are the content creators and Lezhin is the distributor, not creator. If you know anything about the general publishing world, unless one is a major bestseller, authors/artists have very little say/power/negotiating clout. They sign or they get bupkiss, so Lezhin can set the terms. Take it or leave it. That's hardly fair.

I think what they're tying to say is if your reason for boycotting is because authors authors are unfairly treated then why support piracy as an alternative? Both are unfair to the artist, in that they're underpaid for their work. While publishers gives a low percentage, piracy gives nothing. How is that better? Or tolerable for someone who strongly cares about the treatment of authors?

No, my reasons are various for not buying. One is that compared to paying 4 to 6 bucks for bestselling author mangas on, say, Amazon, the per chapter at Lezhin comes out more expensive. And another is that if Mangago disappears, I would not be reading many of these. I read them because they are easily accessible and I don't have to give someone my credit card number (which is iffy these days). I buy manga at Amazon, cause I trust them to keep my credit card SAFE. If I LOVE a story, I will pay for it. If I just like it or read it to pass time, I probably wouldn't bother going out of my way to read it.

If Lezhin had a subscription model and took Amazon or Google pay, I'd probably happily do that: one price per month to read, like Kindle Unlimited and Comixology. But to pay nearly a buck per chapter, um, not likely.

If it's not fair for Lezhin to take so much, then how is it fair to read without paying anything at all? When piracy is treated like a valid option for consumers, issues of fairness on the publisher's end can't really be a serious topic of discussion. That's my opinion.

Don't get me wrong, I don't like the system as it exists... if possible I would want the creators to have full power over their own works and take the majority of the profit as they deserve. But capitalism is capitalism. As a publisher I don't see how Lezhin is so exceptionally terrible. It's the norm for artists to see a very small fraction of each individual purchase. If I buy a volume of Japanese manga for 500 yen, the artist probably only gets a few yen in royalties. If I buy an English translated volume of manga, the artist gets absolutely nothing directly. It's all bound up in their contracts with their publishers. Yet mangaka continue to work with publishers instead and webtoon artists continue contracting with Lezhin. I don't want to see Lezhin and other platforms like them go out of business because I don't think we'd be able to have something like Warehouse at all otherwise.
