Let me "read the wind' for you. this chap takes place in Hong Kong, a few years after, the fated Toh incident sending Feilong to jail . This is drawn to show the 2 men in question namely Feilong and Asami fighting side by side in a if you excuse the gaming pun co-op manner as equals, sharing, the load. It does not show what there other men are doing for that reason, it is to highlight their combined effort. Feilong the ninja and Asami the tank having to merge their way of fighting with no healer(like Bleach would have, lol)she is showing Asami, a rather large man moving quickly and Fei the ninja having to work without his tools. It happened in the very place where years ago thier paths crossed with hatred Toh, Saving Takaba(the boat incident) . This battle mends those same lines.

I agree with you. This chapter is not empty but full of readings, symbols, and returns to the past, but on a new basis. Feilong is not 20 years old and has no interest in Asami. Now there are two equal leaders.
