As much as I like yaoi myself, expecting every series that you come across to be yaoi is very, uh, narrow-minded. First of all, check the genre and attempt reading before making comments. You never know if you like something if you don't try it out. If you don't have anything constructive or anything to say in reaction to something happening in the comic, then you can just leave. I wouldn't look at the tags, but the genre. People might tag incorrectly because of shipping reasons. But it seems that you had already confirmed that it was not yaoi. So there was no point to make the comment, yes? They weren't bossing you around. It really was unnecessary to make the comment since it didn't really contribute anything. Their point was that you should try reading it before you make any judgements.

I just wanted to reply to the original post -- I'm with you, to a point. I ADORE yaoi and when I started reading this, I thought it was more of the same. You COULD be like me and read it thinking it's shounen ai, with some feisty bitches thrown in to show how adorable our loving men are ;) I've totally paired Rai and Frankie, got the threesome scene with our man-made toys, a love-affair history with Rai and Muzaka, a tragic backstory to the love of M-21 and his M-24 - and think he moves away from the threesome to have something going with Kentas......
It probably isn't a yaoi but with a little imagination (or alot), you can make it whatever you want it to be ;D
