so i can see a 60s japanese band happening, but even if they took the words from the beetle songs, there is no way in hell they would manage to 'make it' on the world stage. this is the 60s mind you, ww2 wasnt that far behind them and there would still be a ton of people feeling that salt from the war. then you have to take into account the asian accent in singing, the attempts at american neutral accent in songs etc. at most they would have only been big'ish in japan, the asian counties around it would still be salty from war and their ass beatdown got from the japanese. i don't even have to read this to already know the ridiculous premise.
