it really depends the person/situation if you're poor etc, but for me my mom gave me a lecture telling me not to let anyone borrow m panties and wear somebody else panties

You should, at the end of the day we know what comes out of our body and mixing all the "liquids" it's kinda wrong. Even if the underwear is washed you never know what might happen.

I really have no i dea. I once asked her why was she wearing my panty and she didnt even bother answering me either. I kept thinking "maybe she thought that it was her own panty then later on, she figured it out that it wasnt hers but its too late anyway so she just kept on wearing it.

After my sister decided to wear my underpants, I never (purposefully) touched them again.
If this mix up happens often I'd suggest you bleach your panties with every wash.
