He made it look like the Seme got paid for taking care of the Uke and that the Seme bought Flight tickets to Tokio for the Uke.

Yeah, but why Souchirou would act like he was tricked in that case? In Chiaki perspective that would make any sense. So he was being payed to be nice to him but why act like he was tricked and tell villages a wife was gonna arrive knowing that he is gay. Chiaki should realize of that, right?
