I dont think so. If you are searching for a BL, no dj, no one-shot with a good plot and no oldie... hard. A hidden gem is a relative concept what I think is good maybe is not for you, and tastes change over time. You can search in lists. I have too but there are a lot there listed. Time to time I found a gem too so dont give up :)

So yeah, the site seems to be mostly made up of djs and kinkyshitttt, but are there any yaoi hidden gems on there, that aren't on mangago? I'm not too picky, I like smutty stuff, but it doesn't have to be, and maybe something with more than one chapter? Not really a fan of girly looks, or older drawing styles, but other than that - just trying to find something different. Thanks !
