I read this yaoi manga a long time ago where it was like a spin off of another story where a guy liked this other dude with glasses, but that dude liked another guy and then the glasses guy and the guy he liked got together. The first guy was really sad so his bestfriend or friend(i dunno) wore glasses even though he didnt need them and was basically a substitute for the real glasses boy.
