I also seem to love these types of yaoi, where the ukr has a phobia/problem or hes depressed or he has a painful unrequited love or one of his loved ones died. Idk why but its just good.
U gotta read Embrace the Sky and Sleep. It's about twins and one of them commits suicide. The story is honestly one of the saddest mangas of any genre i have ever read.

Can anyone recommend me a yaoi where the uke self-harms, is extremely self deprecating (ex: saying that he's not good enough or never will be), suicidal, or is just super depressed? I know it's a weird request, but I've only ever found a good few like that, and I happen to like it? It can be as triggering as you want, but it needs to be a tearjerker. Please help me!
