LOL. Oh cool, you got a German Shepherd?! I'd a Golden Retriever before. Now I just got a Terrier-mix, a cat and a hamster.
ive always wanted a hamster. they are small and cute! all i have are 8 dobermans,a german shepherd, a horse, and my 3 pretty kitties. oh....and 2 of my dogs had puppies...so i kind of have.... 20 pups (￣∇￣") they take up one whole room.. but i love them! so cute and small!
WOW so many pets, I wish I could have so many, but taking care of 3 pets already hard work for me ^^" Yet a lot of fun having them.
This my 2nd dog, 3rd cat and 6th hamster :3 Hamsters don't live long. My hamster record only 2 1/2 year T^T I miss all my past pets. So lucky to those who got hamsters that got long lifes. I hope my pets would live long too.
My dog already 11 yro, my cat 7 yro and my hamster 1 yro.

Yay I love fur-child talk!!! Nice menagerie, I love a good mix of species, so adorable! Hamsters aren't allowed in Australia because they'd wreak havoc on the natural ecosystem when they escape and outbreed the native small fauna (case in point: rabbits took over half the country), but I've met one in England and they're sooo cute! I have 3 cats as well as my German Shepherd (she's a long-haired Shep, so she's floofy) - dog and one cat are 11, the other 2 are younger but sorta of indeterminate age because they're rescues. Asshole people who lived a few doors down moved out and abandoned their young cat and kitten to starve. That was years ago, they're both lovely and happy now! But I'm still pissed off on their behalf.
Never knew hamsters not allowed at some countries. Learn something new every day.
I love fluffy pets. The fluffier the better LOL. My dog however got rough hair, my cat a shorthair (yet very soft), and my Russian Dwarf hamster looks like a ball of fluff in spite being short haired. He can escape easily from my hand like soap LOL.
Fortunately for me no fields at site haha. ^^" Took me long time 2 catch him, was afraid more that he might get stuck somewhere or chew on electric wires rather than he escaped. (He escape only once. Took extra care not to let him escape anymore, they very fast little critters)
My cat abandoned too. Barely 20 days old that time when my dog found him in my garden. This happens often to me =_= They just throw their pets over my low wall into my garden. Kittens as well as puppies!
Though I wanna help them all, I can't T^T , Tried hard to find them new places, but I live at a country full of strays :'(
So got no choice but to bring them to the only shelter here, or police or vet.
Lately no abandoned pets thrown at me now after I adopted that kitten, now 7 yro! (He was very skinny and tiny and couldn't eat or clean by himself yet. The youngest kitty I ever took care off) Now he's a very naughty cat and on his rebellious age xD My dog afraid of him now. (They used to play together for a year, but somehow cat got jealous so he bit him ^^") Thanks to that behaviour, my little prince got a room of his own! (It supposed to be a guest room =_=) Include a human bed, his own bed, his toys, toilet and food and water haha
