Rape isn't just a physically violent act -- it's the forcing of sex on someone who isn't mentally, emotionally, or physically ready for it -- which is why underage sex is considered rape - kids are simply not mentally ready even if they "love" the guy. They're still of the mindset that attention=love and accept it without understanding that getting physical isn't necessarily love.
