There's no cheating in this manga.
Did you read it, or are you just going by the title? The teacher has an unrequited thing for somebody, that person is oblivious to her feelings, so she's seeking comfort in the arms of her student. That last part is all kinds of unethical for many reasons, but it isn't "cheating".
