I dont think its hiros baby, I think it is yuus. she was craving the pudding when she was still with him and also hiro seemed too weak to be able to do somethin like that. I know manga is not accurate to real life either but also people who go trough chemo especially men become infertile

I always assumed it was Yuus baby as well.

I thought that they implied that it was hiro’s because it say I’m chapter 29 “ hiro left behind a life”
