When people reply "following" it means that they would like to read the manga that you are requesting. That way they get the notification if someone answers with the correct manga.

I had asked a question about trying to find a manga and was given "Following." I tried searching but couldn't find it. Can someone link it to me? It should be a yaoi manga.
